DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES RECEIVES PERFECT SCORE ON FLEET INSPECTION BY MICHIGAN STATE POLICE
Royal Oak, MI – Durham School Services, a leading provider in student transportation, received a perfect score of 100 percent on their recent fleet inspection by Michigan State Police (MSP). The inspection performed by MSP encompasses an assessment of various parts, including the brakes, body, exhaust system, emergency exits and engine, to ensure the fleet is well equipped to safely transport the students of Royal Oak School District. The entire fleet of 25 buses was inspected. “We are dedicated to the excellent maintenance of our fleet to help ensure the safety of our students,” said Charlotte Beier, general manager for Durham. “Receiving a perfect score on our fleet inspection, and also a certificate of excellence from MSP, is a tremendous complement to our efforts.” “We are very proud of this achievement and pleased to celebrate it with Durham School Services, our partners in providing transportation for our special needs students,” said Patrick Murphy, facility operations manager for Royal Oak School District. This is the third consecutive year Durham is receiving the certificate of excellence from MSP.
