DURHAM SCHOOL SERVICES AWARDED TWO NEW CONTRACTS

Durham School Services, a national leader in student transportation, has been awarded two new contracts to provide student transportation.

Durham will operate bus routes for Ottumwa Community School District in Ottumwa, IA. The contract begins July 1 in preparation for the new school year.  Durham’s agreement calls for 39 buses that will provide transportation for approximately 2,190 students in the district.

In Smithfield, RI, Durham will begin providing student transportation for Smithfield Public Schools also starting July 1. This contract calls for 25 buses to serve 2,500 students on 20 routes.

Duke, CEO of National Express, the parent company of Durham. “Our Ottumwa team and Smithfield team are already making preparations to ensure a smooth transition and safe operations for the coming school year.”
